By using any service provided by Sky Crest JA, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
Sky Crest JA provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:
Shipping from USA to Jamaica
Air freight and sea freight services
Assisted online shopping (if applicable)
Package handling and warehousing
Pickup and delivery services
Third-party courier delivery across Jamaica (e.g., Knutsford, Zipmail, or similar)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Shipments are processed on a weekly basis. All shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
Customs processing
Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Inspections or unforeseen circumstances
Sky Crest JA services customers across Jamaica, including:
Kingston & St. Andrew
Clarendon
St. Catherine
Other parishes via third-party courier services
Delivery outside direct service areas will incur additional fees.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
Sky Crest JA assumes limited liability for loss or damage.
Responsibility begins when:
The package arrives at our warehouse
Responsibility ends when:
The package is delivered, collected, or handed over to a third-party courier
We are not responsible for:
Vendor/supplier errors
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Packages lost before arrival at our warehouse
Delays or damages caused by airlines, shipping lines, or couriers
Sky Crest JA is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.
Items shipped at owner’s risk include:
Electronics
Glass items
Liquids
Cosmetics
Fragile goods
We strongly recommend secure packaging and/or insurance where applicable.
Customers must comply with all shipping laws.
Prohibited items include:
Illegal drugs or substances
Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
Explosives or hazardous materials
Counterfeit goods
Pornographic materials
Perishable food items
Live animals
Cash or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be:
Confiscated
Destroyed
Reported to authorities
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Customers are fully responsible for:
Customs duties
Taxes
Government fees
Sky Crest JA is not liable for:
Customs delays
Seizures
Penalties
For assisted purchases:
Full payment is required upfront
Customers must confirm item details before purchase
Payments are non-refundable once order is placed
We are not responsible for:
Wrong items
Vendor issues
Size or quality discrepancies
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfer
Cash
Online payments
All payments must be completed before processing.
All payments are non-refundable once shipment is in progress.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of package receipt or notification.
Requirements:
Written submission (email or official form)
Supporting evidence (photos, receipts)
WhatsApp messages are NOT considered official claims.
Packages must be collected within 7 days of notification
Storage fee: $500 JMD per day after 7 days
Uncollected packages after 30 days may be:
Sold
Donated
Disposed of
To recover costs.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before shipment processing.
Fees may apply.
Sky Crest JA reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.
Sky Crest JA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between the customer and Sky Crest JA.
